These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the IHSS care clock mobile app (the "App"), provided by D3D PRINTING SERVICES INC. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the App.
No Warranty
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, D3D PRINTING SERVICES INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record in the App, for safeguarding your device and account, and for complying with any laws or employer requirements that apply to your shift records.
Service Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
